Research on direct cell division has been more than a hundred years of history, the direct division is a normal process of reproduction, as abnormal or pathological phenomenon, its different, is still hard to determine. In this study, we found a direct meristemization of meiocytes in a bone marrow smear from a patient with severe gestational megaloblastic anemia. In addition to the usual direct mitosis, there are rare cellular “shuffling” (the formation of new nucleus in the old nucleus ) And nuclear amitosis. In another case of chronic lymphocytic leukemia in patients with bone marrow smear, cells have also been observed “shuffle” phenomenon. Therefore, I believe that the direct nuclear fission should be a pathological hematopoietic process, that is, when the need for hematopoiesis, the pathological process of hematopoietic normal pathology, but also may appear various types of direct division as a complement to hematopoiesis. The discovery of this phenomenon has the theory of hematopoiesis and clinical significance.
