在对高铬白口铸铁叶片的化学成分进行调整的前提下,运用变质原理对铁液进行了炉内变质和炉外二次孕育处理,并改进了造型工艺和热处理工艺,使叶片的宏观和微观质量都有较大幅度的提高,使用寿命提高了一倍多。
