1病例资料患者,男,45岁,因“咳嗽咳痰1周”入院,诊断为“社区获得性肺炎”。患者否认药物过敏史。入院查体:体温36.8℃、脉搏每分钟82次、呼吸每分钟20次、血压143/78 mm Hg,神志清,精神可,左下肺可闻及少量湿罗音,心律齐,未闻及病理性杂音。辅助检查:肺CT提示左下肺炎。血常规:白细胞计数为13.5×10~9·L~(-1),中性粒细
A case of patients, male, 45 years old, because of “cough and sputum for 1 week ” admitted to hospital, diagnosed as “community-acquired pneumonia ”. Patients denied history of drug allergy.
