随着高职院校招生人数的不断扩大,毕业生的就业问题已成为学校工作的重点之一。一些解决毕业生就业问题的传统做法,已不能适应新的形势要求。为解决这一难题,一些高职院校采取了毕业生就业双指导模式。这是高职院校毕业生工作的创新,有着积极意义。基于此,就高职院校毕业生就业双指导模式的构建与应用进行探讨研究,论述说明该举措的理论意义和实践价值,同时,对在构建该模式与实际应用过程中,所发现的问题,加以列举分析,并提出相应的解决办法。
With the continuous expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges, the employment of graduates has become one of the focuses of school work. Some traditional measures to solve the employment problem of graduates can no longer meet the requirements of the new situation. In order to solve this problem, some vocational colleges have taken the dual guidance mode of graduates employment.
