近日,科技部首次出版的《中国科技人才发展报告(2014)》显示,我国已成为第一科技人力资源大国,2013年我国科技人力资源总量达到7105万人,每万人口中科技人力资源数522人。作为科技活动核心要素的R&D(研究与发展)人员总量高速增长,2013年我国R&D人员总数为353.3万人,绝对总量已经超过美国居世界第一位。
Recently, the “China Science and Technology Talent Development Report (2014)” first published by the Ministry of Science and Technology shows that our country has become the first large scientific and technological human resource nation. In 2013, the total scientific and technological human resources in China reached 71.05 million. The number of scientific and technological human resources per 10,000 population 522 people. The R & D personnel as a core element of science and technology activities have enjoyed rapid growth. In 2013, the total number of R & D personnel in China was 3,533,000, the absolute total amount surpassing that of the United States which ranks first in the world.
