世界各国正以各种方式抢占高技术竞争的制高点,抢占高技术产品的市场份额,竞争之烈前所未有。 区域集团间的对抗愈益明显 成立区域集团是为了增加竞争实力。区域内可发挥互补优势,可采取统一行动一致对外。例如,欧洲的统一技术标准就是一个很有力的武器。当前,高清晰度电视的竞争主要表现在采用什么技术标准的问题上,各集团之间竞争近乎白热化,目前欧洲采取“联美抑日”的战略。
