Fei Yingying, Deputy Minister of Conservation of Social Welfare Center, Bao’an District, Shenzhen City, has taken care of orphans and disabled children well for over 15 years since 2002 and knows each child’s name and preferences. So far, over 1,400 abandoned babies have been taken care of. As an “only daughter” after the “80s”, Fei Yingying has been away from her relatives for more than 10 years and rarely reunited on holidays.
