在老师的眼里,有好生和差生之分;但在父母的眼里,则没有好孩子和坏孩子之分。孩子永远是父母眼中的优秀生,因为孩子是父母的寄托,是父母的希望。在教育教学的过程中,放弃一个学困生是件轻而易举的事情,但作为父母放弃一个孩子则是一件很艰难的事情。那么,在教育教学的过程中,应当怎样来平衡这两者的关系,让家长放心地把孩子送到学校;让学校放心地把孩子交到老师手中。而且,后30%学生教育的好坏,也直接影响着一所学校的发展。因此,更应当关注这后30%学生。
In the eyes of the teacher, there are good and poor students; but in the eyes of parents, there is no good boy and bad boy. Children are always excellent parents in the eyes of their parents, because their children are the parents’ sustenance and hope of their parents. In the process of education and teaching, to give up a poor student is a breeze, but as a parent to give up a child is a very difficult thing.
