建设节约型社会已经成为当前的热门话题,其实质是要求以较小资源消耗获得较大的经济效益和生态效益。学习借鉴国外建设节约型社会的经验,积极发挥财税职能作用,对促进建设节约型社会有着十分重要的意义。
Building a conservation-oriented society has become a hot topic at present, and its essence is that it requires greater economic and ecological benefits with less consumption of resources. To learn from the experience of building a conservation-oriented society abroad and to give full play to the functions of finance and taxation plays an important role in promoting the building of a conservation-oriented society.
