一、前言宝鸡发电厂3、4号汽轮机系捷制VK50型机组。同型机组国内尚有九台,分布在辽宁(5台)、唐山(2台)、谏壁(2台)电厂。该型机组自投运以来,末五级动叶片均发生不同程度的断裂事故,成为国内频发性叶片断裂事故的典型机组之一。 1971年以来,我们与宝鸡发电厂协作先后对该机组第14、15/18、16/19级动叶片的损坏原因进行分析和改进,取得了显著的效果。为了总结经验,便于推广和应用,在原
