一、中青年领导者的成长与个人素质的自我完善党的十一届三中全会以来,一大批中青年干部走上了不同的领导岗位。中青年干部走上领导岗位后,政绩各有差异,或沉或浮,固然外部环境有着极大影响,而根本取决于个人素质优劣。根据我市部分中青年领导干部的取样调查分析,政绩较显著者,他们在自我完善中,着重从以下几个方面下功夫。1.努力培植必备的四个能力,即领导
