随着信息化的发展信息系统被越来越广泛的应用于国民经济中各个部门,企业作为国民经济中最基础的单位,信息系统更是广泛的应用于企业的投资、资产、生产、管理等各环节,高效的利用信息系统不仅能够有效的对企业进行管理,而且可以对企业的战略发展和重大决策进行有效的支持,从而减低企业的市场风险提高企业的综合竞争力。企业如何构建一个有效规避风险的管理信息系统是本文所用论述的问题。
With the development of informatization information system is more and more widely used in all sectors of the national economy, enterprises as the most basic unit of the national economy, the information system is widely used in business investment, assets, production, management, etc. Each link and efficient use of information system not only can effectively manage the enterprise, but also can effectively support the strategic development and major decisions of the enterprise, so as to reduce the market risk of the enterprise and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.
