本文通过对查阅数据进行分析与对比,结合对跳远运动训练实践和体会,找出了跳远专项训练中,国外跳远运动员与国内跳远运动员在起跳方面存在的差异与不足。提出了跳远运动员专项力量训练的手段与方法,指出跳远运动员专项力量训练应注意的问题。同时指出专项力量训练要在一般力量基础上进行,应把发展下肢力量和爆发力作为重点,并提出相应的建议,以便更好地提高我国跳远运动员的专项力量水平。
Based on the analysis and comparison of the access data and the practice and experience of long-jump exercise training, this paper finds out the differences and shortcomings in the long jump training between the overseas long-jump athletes and the domestic long-jump athletes. The means and methods of special strength training for long jump athletes are put forward, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the training of long - jump athletes’ special strength are pointed out. At the same time, it is pointed out that the training of special strength should be conducted on the basis of general strength, and the development of lower extremity strength and explosive power should be the focus, and the corresponding suggestions should be put forward in order to better enhance the special strength of our long-jump athletes.
