目的：探讨直接穿刺瘤体造影在海绵状血管瘤诊断中的价值。方法：对１３例病人采用了直接穿刺瘤体的造影方法。结果：均清楚地显示了病变的范围及其血管关系。结论：该技术简单易行，无并发症，是诊断和描绘海绵状血管瘤的准确方法。可作为首选检查加以应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of direct puncture tumor imaging in the diagnosis of cavernous hemangiomas. Methods: Thirteen patients had a direct radiograph of the tumor. Results: Both the extent of the lesion and its vascular relationship are clearly shown. Conclusion: The technique is simple and easy to perform without complications and is an accurate method to diagnose and describe cavernous hemangiomas. Can be used as the preferred inspection.
