在辽沈战役胜利55周年前夕,根据省关工委的部署,辽河油田关工委认真组织领导,各基层单位关工委和学校扎实有效地开展“大决战从我家乡开始”读书教育活动。活动中,既强调面上普遍学,又要求“英雄中队”重点学。教育上按班级、按团支部划为学习小组,每组都有一本《下一代》杂志“大决战从我家乡开始”增刊,利用班、队活动、晨会和团日活动进行学习,做到了材料、组织、时间三落实。“英雄中队”由局关工委发给2人一本学习材料,全面学,重点学。学习安排到10月中旬,现在各单位各学校都已全面学起来了。
