肺通气功能是评价职业因素对呼吸道影响的重要指标之一，它除受各种生理因素影响外，还可由于地区、工种不同而有所差异，砂轮制作工肺功能研究，目前国内尚未见报道，而河南省对地面工正常人肺功能测定也未见报道。作者于１９９２年对郑州某砂轮厂健康砂轮制作工３１８例进行了肺通气功能测定，得出了三项肺通气功能的回归方程，并与实例值进行ｔ检验Ｐ＞０．０５，以及用实测值与不同地区、不同工种肺通气功能回归方程也进行ｔ检验Ｐ＜０．０１，证明本文得出的肺通气功能公式可作为郑州地区的参考值，具有较大的实用价值。

Studies on pulmonary function of wheel making workers have not been reported yet , While normal lung function tests in ground-based workers in Henan Province have not been reported yet. In 1992, the author conducted a lung ventilation test on 318 cases of healthy grinding wheel workers in a grinding wheel factory in Zhengzhou. Three regression equations of pulmonary ventilation function were obtained, t test was carried out with the example values of P> 0.05, Values and different regions, different types of lung ventilation function regression equation also conducted t-test P <0.01, proves that the lung function formula obtained in this paper can be used as a reference value in Zhengzhou, with great practical value.
