“做一位不离课堂的校长。”这是云南省特级教师、曲靖市麒麟区东关小学校长丁绍旭的个人风格,也是一位教育工作者对自己“事业”的理解。有近30年教育经验的丁绍旭,即使是后来当上学校领导,他仍坚持走进课堂上课、听课。课前无论多忙,他总是抽空根据教学大纲和学生实际备好课,如碰到开会等学校公务耽误上课,他就抽时间补上。课堂上,他善于调动学生的主动性和创造性,力求让学生一课一得。他的“优质课堂”多次成为省、市、区的示范课,深受师生好评。
