本文报道一例心脏淀粉样变。患者男性,50岁,多年来有反复发作性心前区疼痛,多次昏厥和顽固性心力衰竭。心电图示Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞。最后,死于全身衰竭。 本例心脏淀粉样变的病理特点如下:一、心脏明显增大,重750g。全心扩大,但以肥厚为主。心外膜和心内膜有成片或灶性淀粉样物沉积;二、心肌呈棕褐色,质地坚实,外观呈蜡状半透明。镜下见左右
