随着社会科技的进步,照相机、摄像机等器材的更新普及,声像档案在高校档案资源中的比重越来越大。声像档案相比传统纸质档案更为直观形象,活灵活现,给人以强烈的时空感和真实客观的感受。为了更好的收集、管理、利用声像档案,夯实高校档案工作的基础,更好地为学校保存历史,留下记忆,必须重视声像档案管理。本文分析高校声像档案管理的现状和重要性,提出高校声像档案管理的建议。
With the progress of social science and technology, the popularization of cameras, cameras and other equipment, the proportion of audiovisual archives in college archives resources is increasing. Compared with the traditional paper archives, the audiovisual archives are more vivid and vivid, giving people a strong sense of time and true and objective feelings. In order to better collect, manage, use audio and video files, consolidate the foundation of archival work in colleges and universities, and better preserve the history and memories of the school, we must attach importance to the management of audiovisual archives.
