目的摆式矫治器配合直丝弓矫治器治疗安式Ⅱ类错合疗效分析。方法 18例安式Ⅱ类错合患者分别在治疗前(T1),摆式矫治器治疗结束后(T2),及直丝弓矫治器结束(T3)拍摄头颅定位侧位片,对样本15项X线头影测量指标进行测量和比较。结果 18例患者均在治疗后达到磨牙中性关系。摆式矫治治疗后上第一磨牙向远中整体移动并向远中倾斜(P<0.01),上切牙唇倾(P<0.01),上颌第二双尖牙远中漂移,A点前移(P<0.01),下颌角增加,固定矫治结束后,B点和下颌第一磨牙前移(P<0.05),上颌第一磨牙位置与治疗前变化无差异,建立一类磨牙关系。结论摆式矫治器可有效远移上颌第一磨牙,配合直丝弓矫治器解除拥挤,为矫治安式Ⅱ类错合提供理论根据,但高角慎用。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of Angle-swinging appliance combined with straight-wire appliance in the treatment of safety class Ⅱ. Methods Eighteen cases of patients with type II miscrosses were asked to take cephalometric films before treatment (T1), after tilting appliance treatment (T2), and at the end of straight wire appliance (T3). Fifteen X-cephalometry measurements were measured and compared. Results All the 18 patients achieved a molar-neutral relationship after treatment. After the first orthodontic treatment, the first molars moved to the far and moved to the far and middle (P <0.01), the lip of the upper incisors was tilted (P <0.01), the second maxillary canines migrated far and the point A moved forward (P <0.01). The mandibular angle increased. At the end of fixed treatment, the point B and mandibular first molars were advanced (P <0.05). There was no difference between the position of the maxillary first molars and the pre-treatment, and a kind of molars relationship was established. Conclusion The tilting appliance can effectively move the maxillary first molar away from crowding with the straight wire appliance, providing the theoretical basis for the correction of the safety type Ⅱ mismatch.
