In hospital management, managers’ thinking, decisions, and actions are usually performed when some of the information is known and some of the information is unknown. The system that contains both known information and unknown or unknown information is the gray system. . The grey system theory abstracts and quantifies the actual problems, finds out the laws under the circumstance that the laws of change are not obvious, analyzes the development and changes of the things through laws, and analyzes the causes.
