确立长远的发展目标、制定各项制度与管理保障、培养人才管理队伍、逐步扩大市场占有率……这是成品油销售企业逐步提高绩效的有效途径。在社会主义市场经济建设和发展中,国有石油销售企业对我国经济发展起到了中流砥柱的作用。提高石油销售企业绩效,提高石油销售企业对国民经济和社会发展的贡献,越来越成为业界和广大学者的研究课题。笔者通过在石油销售企业的长期工作、实践和研究,得出提高石油销售企业绩效的以下途径。

This is an effective way for refined oil sales companies to gradually improve their performance. In the construction and development of the socialist market economy, state-owned petroleum sales companies have played a major role in the economic development of China. Improving the performance of oil sales companies and increasing the contribution of petroleum sales companies to the national economy and social development has increasingly become the research topic of the industry and the majority of scholars. Through the long-term work, practice, and research of oil sales companies, the author came up with the following ways to improve the performance of oil sales companies.
