近年来,大学生就业难问题已成为全社会普遍关注的焦点,尤其是少数民族大学生就业难问题更加突出,而造成就业难根本的原因之一是大学生职业价值观存在的偏差。本文以云南少数民族大学生为对象,调查分析了其职业价值观的特点,并从中找出存在的问题,为解决少数民族大学生就业难问题提供有益的帮助。
In recent years, the problem of college students ’employment has become the focus of the whole society, especially the problem of employment of minority students is more prominent. One of the reasons why employment is not fundamental is the deviation of college students’ career values. This article takes the Yunnan minority students as the object, investigates and analyzes the characteristics of their professional values, and finds out the existing problems, and provides helpful help for the solution to the employment difficulties for the minority students.
