桥脑中央髓鞘溶解症(central pontinemyelinolysis,CPM)是一种较为少见的疾病,由于MRI应用的普及和对该病认识的提高,使CPM在生前被诊断成为可能。现将我们诊治的2例CPM的临床及MRI改变报告如下:
