目的:观察六月青总皂苷(the terpenoids of Liuyueqing,TLYQ)体内抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(duck hepatitis B virus,DHBV)的作用。方法:将DHBV DNA阳性麻鸭随机分为六月青总皂苷大、中、小剂量治疗组、拉米夫定组和模型组,分别给予相应药物进行干预。用药前、用药第7、14d及停药第7d,取静脉血用实时荧光定量PCR法检测血清DHBV DNA含量。治疗后取肝脏组织作病理学检查。结果:拉米夫定组用药后血清DHBV DNA水平迅速降低,停药后立即反跳。六月青总皂苷大剂量组第7d、14d即能明显抑制DHBV DNA,停药后仍有一定的抑制作用。中、小剂量组与模型组比较有一定的病毒抑制作用。病理改变各组在统计学上无明显差异。结论:六月青总皂苷可有效地抑制DHBV DNA,其作用有明显的量效和时效反应关系。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) effect of the terpenoids of Liuyueqing (TLYQ) in vivo. METHODS: DHBV DNA-positive ducks were randomly divided into large, medium, and small doses of the treatment group, lamivudine group and model group, and the corresponding drugs were given to intervene. Before treatment, on the 7th and 14th day of drug use, and on the 7th day after withdrawal, venous blood was taken and the serum DHBV DNA content was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Liver tissue was taken for pathological examination after treatment. RESULTS: Serum HBV DNA levels decreased rapidly in the lamivudine group and rebounded immediately after discontinuation. In the high-dose group, the DHBV DNA was significantly inhibited on the 7th and 14th of the total saponin group in June, and there was still a certain inhibitory effect after discontinuation. Compared with the model group, there was a certain degree of virus inhibition in the medium and low dose groups. There was no statistically significant difference in pathological changes between the groups. Conclusion: Total saponin of June can effectively inhibit DHBV DNA, and its effect has a significant dose-effect and time-response relationship.
