眼球爆炸伤一般伤势重、合并症多,致盲率高,是眼外伤中相当重要的一部分。现将我院1980～1990年间,收治住院的眼球爆炸伤30例50只眼加以分析,并就临床抢救治疗中的点滴体会进行讨论。临床资料本文30例患者占同期眼科住院总数的0.48%,占眼外伤住院总数的1.83%。其中男28例,女2例,男:女=14:1,这与职业有明显关系。石工、煤矿工一般均由男性担任,另者男童较女童喜玩爆竹之类危险品。
Eye injuries generally hurt the general injury, complications, blinding rate is a very important part of eye injury.
