Background:The diabetes belongs to thirsty in the Chinese medicine, generations of doctors tough the reasons were “ the lung and the stomach were dry and hot, the spirit and the vigor were damaged" and the treatment follow the principle that“ where the malign heat domains, sweetness and bitterness should be applied” , to reinforce the vigor and increase the fluid and to culture the cool and to eliminate the heat were the main methods. Aerobic exercised may increase the sensibilities of the tissues to the insulin, amend the fat metabolism, increase health and the living quality.
