目的:探究人文关怀在儿科住院部护理工作中的效果分析。方法:选取我院儿科住院部自2015年2月至2017年2月间收治的患儿共100例作为研究对象,并根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组患儿接受常规护理方法,观察组患儿接受在常规护理方法的基础上进行人文关怀,观察并比较两组患儿家属之间的临床效果。结果:观察组患儿家属的护理满意度(96.00%)明显高于对照组患儿家属的护理满意度(78.00%),差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:在儿科住院部护理工作中采用人文关怀能明显提高护理满意度,值得今后在临床工作中进行推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of humanistic care in pediatric inpatient care. Methods: A total of 100 children admitted to Pediatric Inpatient Department of our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. Children in the control group received routine nursing care. The children in the observation group received humane care based on routine nursing methods. The clinical effects between the two families were observed and compared. Results: The satisfaction rate of nursing (96.00%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.00%), the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: Humanistic care in pediatric inpatient care can obviously improve nursing satisfaction and is worth popularizing and applying in clinical work.
