科学发展观与构建和谐社会有着密不可分的内在关联:两者都是坚持以人为本执政理念的体现,其核心都是坚持人民利益高于一切,都是以人民福祉和促进人的全面发展为根本目的。科学发展观是构建社会主义和谐社会的理论指导,构建和谐社会则是科学发展观得以具体落实的目标所在。在科学发展观指导下推进社会全面、协调、可持续发展,才能真正实现社会和谐。
Both the scientific concept of development and the building of a harmonious society are inextricably linked with each other. Both of them are the embodiment of adhering to the people-centered idea of governance. Their core is to insist that people’s interests are above all else, all based on the well-being of the people and the promotion of people’s all-round development . The scientific concept of development is the theoretical guidance for building a harmonious socialist society and building a harmonious society is the goal of the scientific development concept to be concretely implemented. Social progress can only be achieved if we promote social comprehensiveness, coordination and sustainable development under the guidance of the scientific concept of development.
