采用B型超声显像检查观察了100例正常青春发育各期女孩子宫、卵巢、滤泡的大小测值以及形态学变化。按年龄和乳房发育程度(Tanner分期)分为5组。结果表明:青春发育前子宫体积相对稳定,宫颈与宫体长度之比接近1;青春发育期开始后,宫颈、宫体明显增长,尤以宫体变化更为显著。正常青春发育各期卵巢和滤泡的变化随青春期发育不断增长,卵巢体积增大,滤泡数目逐渐增多且直径增大。从上述资料中,获得了正常青春发育各期女孩的内生殖器官的各项参考数据,为女孩生殖内分泌系统疾病的诊断奠定了良好的基础。
B-mode ultrasound examination was used to observe the size and morphological changes of uterus, ovary and follicles in 100 normal adolescent girls. According to age and degree of breast development (Tanner staging) divided into 5 groups. The results showed that the volume of uterus before puberty was relatively stable, and the ratio of the length of cervix and uterine body was close to 1. After the beginning of puberty, the growth of cervix and uterine body obviously increased, especially the change of uterus was more obvious. The changes of ovarian and follicles in normal pubertal development increased with the development of puberty, the ovary volume increased, the number of follicles gradually increased and the diameter increased. From the above data, we obtained the reference data of the internal reproductive organs of girls in normal adolescence, which laid a good foundation for the diagnosis of the diseases of reproductive and endocrine system in girls.
