通过改变水体的盐度、温度、光照、pH值,观察环境因子的改变及不同的抗生素对光合细菌生长的影响。结果证明,光合细菌的活性受环境因子及抗生素的影响较大,酸性环境、低温、过强的光照及多种常用抗生素均对光合细菌有抑制作用。光合细菌最适宜的生长环境是:pH值7.5~8.5,温度26~30℃,光度500~5 000 lx,而盐度对光合细菌的生长影响相对较小。
By changing the salinity, temperature, light and pH of the water body, the changes of environmental factors and the effects of different antibiotics on the photosynthetic bacteria growth were observed. The results showed that photosynthetic bacteria activity was greatly affected by environmental factors and antibiotics. Acid environment, low temperature, excessive light and many kinds of commonly used antibiotics all inhibited photosynthetic bacteria. Photosynthetic bacteria is the most suitable growth environment: pH 7.5 ~ 8.5, temperature 26 ~ 30 ℃, luminosity 500 ~ 5000 lx, and salinity on photosynthetic bacteria growth is relatively small.
