笔者近年采用中西医结合治疗毛细支气管炎52例,获得良好效果。现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取我院2009年1月至2011年9月确诊为毛细支气管炎患者52例,男38例,女14例;年龄均在2岁以下,最小2个月;病程最短1d,最长3d。均符合以下诊断标准:有不规则热或弛张热,咳嗽,气急,出现疲乏,困倦,精神不振,烦躁不安,鼻翼煽动,呼吸频率加快、可达60～80次/
