秦皇岛造船厂今年被列为“七五”后期、“八五”初期第三批国家重点支持技术改造企业,同时被河北省冶金工业厅列为创汇基地。全部技术改造项目包括预应力钢丝技术改造项目、钢绞线项目、电除尘器项目和集装箱项目。这四个项目均在今年内陆续开工,“八五”初期全部建成投产。第一期工程预应力钢丝技术改造项目,已于7月21开工,计划明年四季度竣工试生产。
This year, Qinhuangdao Shipyard was listed as the “Seventh Five-Year” period. In the early period of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, the third batch of key state support technological transformation enterprises was listed as a foreign exchange base by Hebei Metallurgical Industry Hall. All technological transformation projects include prestressed steel wire technology renovation project, strand project, electrostatic precipitator project and container project. All four projects started in succession this year and all were put into operation early in the Eighth Five-Year Plan. The first phase of prestressed steel wire technology renovation project, started on July 21, plans to be completed trial production in the fourth quarter of next year.
