为了整治出国旅游市场秩序,刹住当前一些非“组团社”擅自经营出国旅游业务,一些“组团社”擅自组团到来经国务院批准的目的地国家(地区)旅游的歪风,近日,经国务院批准,国家旅游局颁发了《关于对一些旅行社拟组织“球迷团”赴法国观看“世界杯”足球赛等有关问题处理意见》。该规定不仅世界杯“期间中国公民自费出国旅游有明确的规定,而且对今后有关的各种赛事也做出了明确规定,现将该文件的部分重要内容转载如下。
