以４倍体积消毒过的磷酸缓冲生理盐水稀释ＬＹＣＤ，离心法除掉所含不溶性杂质，获取含多种混合蛋白质的ＬＹＣＤ液，内含１－１ｍｇ蛋白质／ｍｌ，然后将它制成１－５ｃｍ×１－５ｃｍ大小的药膜贴剂，局部敷于Ⅰ型糖尿病雌性Ｃ５７ＢＬ／ｋｓＪ－ｄｄ／ｄｂ小鼠（ｎ＝３８）?
