目的 :探讨原发性肝癌经动脉灌注 32磷玻璃微球治疗前后肿瘤血流动力学变化。方法 :采用多普勒超声分别测定肝癌灌注 32 磷玻璃微球前后肿瘤血流速度及肿瘤体积的变化。结果 :肝动脉灌注32 磷玻璃微球后肿瘤动脉血供明显减少或消失 ,肿瘤体积缩小。结论 :核素内放射栓塞治疗肝癌效果显著 ;瘤体血流信号可作为判定治疗效果的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the changes of tumor hemodynamics before and after transcatheter arterial perfusion of 32 phosphorus glass microspheres in primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The changes of tumor blood flow velocity and tumor volume before and after perfusion of 32 P glass microspheres with Doppler ultrasound were measured. Results: Arterial blood supply of tumor was significantly reduced or disappeared after transcatheter arterial infusion of 32 P glass microspheres, and the tumor volume was reduced. Conclusion: Radionuclide embolization in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma has significant effect; tumor blood flow signal can be used as an important indicator to determine the therapeutic effect.
