心力衰竭与心房颤动临床上常同时存在,使患者死亡率明显增加。目前临床药物治疗中显示节律转复治疗并不优于频率控制,然而非药物治疗如射频消融术在部分心房颤动患者中显示出一定的优势。
Heart failure and atrial fibrillation often clinically exist at the same time, the patient mortality increased significantly. Current clinical drug therapy shows that rhythm switching therapy is not superior to frequency control, whereas nonpharmacologic therapies such as radiofrequency ablation show some advantages in patients with partial atrial fibrillation.
