目的探讨植入式药泵联合自控镇痛系统用于癌痛治疗的可行性。方法选择相应的硬膜外间隙穿刺置管,皮下植入药泵,经皮连接自控镇痛系统,持续注入吗啡布比卡因复合止痛液。结果25例癌痛患者镇痛效果均为显效,其中19例为A级,6例为B级的效果,未见明显呼吸抑制、尿潴留及呕吐等副作用,无硬膜外间隙感染。结论植入式药泵联合自控镇痛系统治疗癌痛是一种安全、有效的治疗癌痛的方法。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of implantable drug pump combined with controlled analgesia system in the treatment of cancer pain. Methods Select the appropriate epidural space catheterization, subcutaneous implantation of drug pump, percutaneous connection of controlled analgesia system, continuous injection of morphine bupivacaine analgesic solution. Results The analgesic effects of 25 cases of patients with cancer pain were all markedly effective. Among them, 19 cases were grade A and 6 cases were grade B with no obvious side effects such as respiratory depression, urinary retention and vomiting, and no epidural space infection. Conclusion Implantable pump combined with controlled analgesia system for the treatment of cancer pain is a safe and effective method for the treatment of cancer pain.
