报告采用左旋咪唑和转移因子联合治疗面部扁平疣患者５０例。并选择左旋咪唑治疗面部扁平疣患者５０例，转移因子治疗面部扁平疣患者３０例，作为对照。结果，联合治疗组痊愈率为８８％，左旋咪唑组痊愈率为６２％，转移因子组痊愈率为６０％。联合治疗组痊愈率明显高于另两组，差异有高度显著性。而在左旋咪唑组与转移因子组间痊愈率差异无显著性。结果表明小剂量的左旋咪唑和转移因子有协同提高细胞免疫功能，抑制病毒的作用。
Report of levamisole and transfer factor combined treatment of facial flat wart patients 50 cases. Fifty patients with facial flat wart were selected for levamisole and 30 patients with facial flat wart were treated with transfer factor. As a result, the cure rate was 88% in the combination therapy group, 62% in the levamisole group, and 60% in the metastasis factor group. The cure rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the other two groups, the difference was highly significant. There was no significant difference in the cure rate between levamisole group and metastasis factor group. The results show that low doses of levamisole and transfer factor synergistically improve cellular immune function, inhibit the role of the virus.
