研究乙醇浆高浓臭氧漂白工艺参数。在浆浓为45%情况下,讨论不同臭氧用量的漂白效果。研究发现,随着臭氧用量的增加,麦草乙醇浆高锰酸钾值由18.2下降至2.0,白度由26.4%增加到64.0%。臭氧漂白过程还会降解纤维素,使漂浆得率下降,聚合度相应减小。试验结果表明,当臭氧用量在1.2%左右时漂白效果最佳。试验还研究了碱性H2O2补充漂白的效果,结果表明,一段碱性H2O2漂白,浆白度达到81.7%,两段碱性H2O2漂白后白度达到84.1%。
Study of high concentration ozone bleaching process parameters of ethanol. In the pulp concentration of 45%, discuss the bleaching effect of different ozone dosage. The results showed that the potassium permanganate content decreased from 18.2 to 2.0 and the whiteness increased from 26.4% to 64.0% with the increase of ozone dosage. The ozone bleaching process will also degrade the cellulose, so that the yield of the bleached pulp decreases and the degree of polymerization decreases accordingly. The test results show that when the amount of ozone at about 1.2% bleaching effect is best. The experiment also studied the effect of alkaline H2O2 supplementation bleaching. The results showed that bleaching of alkaline H2O2 reached 81.7%, and the bleaching degree of two basic H2O2 reached 84.1%.
