酷热天气,挥汗如雨,每天补水是必须的。但现在饮料柜台,几乎九成被甜饮料占满。可乐、汽水等碳酸饮料,橙汁、葡萄汁等各式果汁饮料,运动饮料、功能饮料等部是甜饮料的一员。只要含糖,无论是蔗糖还是葡萄糖,无论是水果自带的糖还是添加进去的果葡糖浆,多喝甜饮料都会带来潜在的健康害处。害处一:促进肾结石。研究表明,甜饮料消费和肾结石及尿道结石风险显著相关。分析认为,甜饮料降低了钙和钾的摄入量,增加了蔗糖的摄入量,可能是引起肾结石风险升高的重要因素。
