对济阳不同煤层气煤及济阳气煤精煤的基础特性进行了系统研究,并与济钢常用的无烟煤和烟煤进行对比,探讨高炉喷吹气煤部分或完全替代其他煤种的可行性。通过对济阳气煤及对比煤种的工业分析、元素分析、灰成分分析、碱金属分析、可磨性、流动性、着火点、爆炸性、灰熔融特性、发热值、燃烧性和反应性等的测定及深入分析,结合济钢1 750m3高炉配入26%(质量分数,下同)气煤精煤进行喷吹的工业试验情况,说明济阳气煤是一种非常理想的高炉喷吹燃料,并提出了高炉喷吹气煤要注意的问题。
