Objective To investigate the influencing factors of neurobehavioral changes in forestry workers exposed to total body vibration. Methods Seven subtest and factor analysis methods of WHO core behavioral test were used to study the effect of whole body vibration exposure on neurobehavioral behavior. The influencing factors of neurobehavioral changes were analyzed by multivariate analysis. Results The third, fourth and fifth factor scores of workers in vibration group were significantly different from those in control group, that is, neurobehavioral function had obvious changes in listening memory, attentiveness and reaction speed, some of them Behavioral changes and pick-up intensity and vibration-dependent length of service there is a dose-response trend. CONCLUSIONS Long-term exposure to whole body vibration has specific effects on three functions of listening, attention and reaction speed of forestry workers. The main influencing factors are related to the condition of vibration absorption, namely, the amplitude of vibration absorption, The total length of the vibration time
