1984年2月28日下午,湖北宜昌地区某氮肥厂的三气回收小气柜,在大修后开车使用时发生爆炸事故,直接经济损失数万元。一、事故经过经过近一个月大修后,开车已趋近正常。事故前,一操作工开启回收管线上的阙门,将压力0.3MPa的弛放气进行回收。阀门开启不久,一声巨响,气柜钟罩飞起约10米高,最后落在气柜水槽中。爆炸冲击波震坏了小气柜附近的碳化车间80％以上的门窗玻璃,幸未发生其它设备损坏及人身伤亡。
On the afternoon of February 28, 1984, a small gas tank with three gas recovery from a nitrogenous fertilizer plant in Yichang, Hubei Province was exploded in a car for overhaul and the direct economic loss was tens of thousands of yuan. First, the accident after nearly a month after the overhaul, driving has approached normal. Before the accident, an operator opened the Que door on the recovery line, the pressure of 0.3MPa relaxation gas recovery. Shortly after the valve was opened, a loud noise and air bell bell flew about 10 meters high, finally falling into the gas tank. Blast shock wave shattered the cabinet above the carbonization workshop more than 80% of the glass doors and windows, but fortunately no other equipment damage and personal injury.
