目的了解浙江省集中空调通风系统卫生状况,以及公共场所集中空调卫生检测中存在的问题。方法 2009年-2014年(2010年除外)对全省11个地市及义乌市的196家公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生指标检测。结果不同年份之间新风量合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.684,P=0.018),送风各类指标中,送风中PM10、送风中真菌总数以及送风中β-溶血性链球菌在不同年份间差异有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为162.108、15.742、11.228,P<0.05);风管内表面卫生指标中,风管表面积尘量、风管表面真菌总数在不同年份的合格率逐年上升且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集中空调通风系统污染情况不容乐观,希望场所能做好空调系统的日常卫生管理和清洗工作,配合卫生检测人员定期对空调系统的检测,保证空调系统运行期间室内空气品质。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of central air conditioning and ventilation systems in Zhejiang Province and the problems in hygienic testing of central air conditioners in public places. Methods 2009 - 2014 (Except 2010) Hygienic index testing of HVAC system in 196 public places in 11 cities in China and Yiwu City. Results There were significant differences in passing rate of fresh air between different years (χ ~ 2 = 13.684, P = 0.018). Conclusion The pollution of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system is not optimistic. It is hoped that the place can do the daily hygiene management and cleaning work of air conditioning system, cooperate with the health inspectors to regularly test the air conditioning system and ensure the indoor air quality during the operation of the air conditioning system.
