目的:分析自闭症(AD)患儿智力水平与体力活动变化，并探究智力水平与体力活动的相关性。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年6月海口市妇幼保健院儿童保健科门诊收治的68例AD患儿作为AD组，另以同期在本院健康体检的35名儿童作为健康组，采用中国修订韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)评估两组智力水平，三轴加速度传感器检测两组儿童体力活动[久坐行为(SB)、轻体力活动(LPA)、中等强度体力活动(MPA)、大强度体力活动(VPA)、中大强度体力活动总合(MVPA)]，Pearson相关分析AD患儿智力水平与体力活动的关系。结果:AD组总智商(FIQ)、LPA、MPA、VPA、MVPA明显低于健康组，而SB明显高于健康组，差异有统计学意义(n P0.05)；但FIQ评分<69分AD患儿的SB较FIQ评分≥69分患儿的明显更长，LPA、MPA、VPA、MVPA更短(n P<0.05)；Pearson相关分析提示AD患儿FIQ评分与SB呈明显的负相关(n r＝-0.508，n P<0.05)，与MPA、VPA、MVPA均呈明显正相关(n r＝0.274、0.420、0.376，均n P0.05)。n 结论:与健康同龄儿童相比，AD患儿智力水平明显降低、体力活动异常减少，且其智力水平与体力活动存在明显的相关性，或可通过增加AD患儿体力活动以改善智力发育。“,”Objective:To observe the changes of intelligence level and physical activity in children with autistic disorder (AD), and explore the correlation between the two.Methods:Sixty-eight children with AD admitted to Child Health Care Department of Haikou Maternal and Child Health Hospital between January 2018 and June 2019 were included in the AD group. Another 35 children who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group. The intelligence level of each group was evaluated with the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children revised by China (C-WISC). Physical activities [sedentary behavior (SB), light physical activity (LPA), medium intensity physical activity (MPA), vigorous intensity physical activity (VPA), medium and vigorous intensity physical activity (MVPA)] were detected by the three-axis acceleration sensor. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between the intelligence level and physical activity in children with AD.Results:Compared with the healthy group, the full IQ (FIQ), LPA, MPA, VPA and MVPA were significantly lower while the SB was significantly higher in the AD group (n P0.05). However, the SB of AD children with FIQ score <69 was significantly longer than those with FIQ score ≥69, and LPA, MPA, VPA and MVPA were significantly shorter (n P<0.05); Pearson correlation analysis showed that the FIQ score of children with AD was significantly negatively correlated with SB (n r=-0.508, n P<0.05), and positively correlated with MPA, VPA and MVPA (n r=0.274, 0.420, 0.376, all n P0.05).n Conclusions:Compared with healthy children of the same age, children with AD have significantly lower intelligence level, abnormally less physical activities, and their intelligence level is significantly correlated with physical activity. The mental development may be improved by increasing physical activities of children with AD.
