我们于1978年8月起应用复方蛇床子薄膜治疗宫颈炙200例,取得了一定的疗效,现小结如下: 一、药物配方及作用:复方蛇床子薄膜是由蛇床子3克,新霉素2克,乙(?)酚12.5毫克,冰片5克,醋酸氢化可的松125毫克,羧甲基纤维素纳8克,再加适量甘油,配制成4×4厘米大小薄膜(50张)。蛇床子果实性味辛、苦、温,有祛风、杀虫、止痒和对滴虫、霉菌有抑制作用。冰片味辛、苦、微寒,有通窍、散热、止痛作用,能抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等细菌的生长。新霉素为广谱抗菌素,主要作用于革蓝氏阴性细菌与某些革蓝氏阳性细菌,局部应用对各种细菌性感染皆有效。乙(?)酚作用于阴道上皮细胞,使之增生角化,防御致病因素的侵入。氢化可的松具有消炎、抗过敏、抗内毒素和减轻机体对各种刺
Since August 1978, we have applied 200 cases of cervical sputum from the compound Cnidium elegans thin film to obtain a certain curative effect. The summary is as follows: I.
