目的比较药物流产和人工流产的疗效及意愿。方法对门诊需要终止早孕者采用药物及人工流产。结果药物流产完全流产率为93 .3 % ,人工流产完全流产率为 99.3 %。药物流产阴道出血时间为 (15 .2± 8.5 )天 ,人工流产阴道出血时间为 (6.2± 3 .5 )天。药物流产最大优点为腹痛轻、不紧张 ,最大缺点为出血时间长 ,需留院观察。人工流产最大优点为时间短 ,最大缺点为腹痛、紧张。结论人工流产完全流产率高但副作用大 ,药物流产阴道流血持续时间较长 ,但满意度及意愿均高
Objective To compare the efficacy and willingness of medical abortion and induced abortion. Methods Outpatients need to terminate early pregnancy who use drugs and induced abortion. Results The total abortion rate of medical abortion was 93.3% and the rate of abortion was 99.3%. The vaginal bleeding time of medical abortion was (15.2 ± 8.5) days and the vaginal bleeding time of induced abortion was (6.2 ± 3.5) days. The biggest advantage of medical abortion for abdominal pain light, not nervous, the biggest drawback for a long time bleeding, need to stay in hospital. The biggest advantage of induced abortion for a short time, the biggest drawback is abdominal pain, tension. Conclusions The abortion rate of abortion is high, but the side effects are large. The duration of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion is longer, but the satisfaction and willingness are both high
