目的探讨盐酸二甲双胍对伴有胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者雌激素受体(ER)、雄激素受体(AR)、孕激素受体(PR)及整合素αν、β3的表达的影响。方法 50例伴有胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者为观察组,另选同期50例伴有自发排卵的多囊卵巢综合征的患者为对照组。观察组患者采用口服盐酸二甲双胍进行治疗,对照组不服用任何药物,比较两组患者ER、AR、PR及整合素αν、β3的表达情况。结果治疗结束后,观察组患者排卵量均有明显增多,观察组整合素αν、β3的表达明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组ER、AR、PR明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸二甲双胍能够降低伴有胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者的ER、雄AR、PR的表达,同时提高整合素αν、β3的表达,对于伴有胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征患者排卵具有诱导作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), androgen receptor (AR), progesterone receptor (PR) and integrin αν, β3 in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) accompanied by insulin resistance by metformin hydrochloride Impact. Methods Fifty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome accompanied by insulin resistance were selected as the observation group and 50 patients with spontaneous ovulation polycystic ovary syndrome during the same period were selected as the control group. Conclusion Metformin hydrochloride can reduce the expression of ER, AR, PR in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome accompanied by insulin resistance and increase the expression of integrin αν, β3, which has the following effects on the ovulation in patients with PCOS accompanied by insulin resistance Induction.
