用Beckman 121MB型全自动氨基酸分析仪测定了30例妊娠16—24周羊水和母体体皿浆游离氨基酸浓度,同时也分析了无脑儿和脊柱裂(各一例)羊水中游离氨基酸的变化。实验结果表明,中期正常妊娠羊水中含有27种氨基酸,血浆含24种氨基酸,它们的总氨基酸浓度分别为1.934mM和1.493mM。无脑儿羊水中的氨基酸浓度比正常值明显升高,而脊柱裂羊水中的浓度却比正常值低。但脊柱裂羊水中的苏氨酸、丝氨酸与异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸的比值明显地高于正常值。
The free amino acids in amniotic fluid and matrigel of 30 pregnant women aged 16-24 weeks were measured by Beckman 121MB automatic amino acid analyzer and the changes of free amino acids in amniotic fluid of anencephalic and spina bifida (one case each) were also analyzed. The experimental results show that the mid-term normal amniotic fluid contains 27 kinds of amino acids, plasma contains 24 kinds of amino acids, their total amino acid concentrations were 1.934mM and 1.493mM. Anemic amniotic fluid amino acid concentration was significantly higher than normal, while the spine amniotic fluid concentration is lower than normal. However, amniotic fluid amniotic spine, serine and isoleucine, leucine, valine ratio was significantly higher than normal.
